Scholarships
In our fundraisers, we have been able to give back to our community in a big way on behalf of our daughters memorial, "The Mackenzie Burgess Memorial Funds".
Children from grades 1st throgugh 6th in Northern Nevada have been granted a $1,000 tutoring scholarship each to Sylvan Learning Center in Reno and Carson City. These scholarships are applied for in January of each year and granted by our board in late February of each year.
Children ranging in age 4 through 18 are granted a Fall or Spring Soccer Scholarship in partnership with Great Basin Youth Soccer League. The scholarships help families with the cost of sign-ups and uniforms.
